💸 Refund Policy — Restaurant 411 Magazine

At Restaurant 411 Magazine, we value our advertisers and strive to provide high-quality services. To maintain fairness and transparency, we have established the following refund policy for advertising purchases, graphic design, and photography services.

🖼️ Graphic Design & Photography Services

  • No Refunds will be issued once graphic design or photography services have commenced.

  • “Commencement” includes any work initiated by our creative team, including planning, scheduling, or concept development.

⏳ Refund Eligibility Before Services Begin

  • If no services have started, advertisers may request a refund within 72 hours of the ad purchase.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to restaurant411@aol.com

⚠️ Refunds After 72 Hours (No Services Started)

  • If the 72-hour window has passed and services have still not begun, a refund may be issued minus a 30% surcharge.

  • This surcharge covers administrative costs and the loss of advertising opportunity in our time-sensitive publication.

📅 Time-Sensitive Advertising Policy

  • Advertising space in Restaurant 411 Magazine is limited and scheduled in advance.

  • Late cancellations or refund requests may prevent other businesses from advertising, which impacts our editorial calendar and revenue.

  • Therefore, we strictly enforce our refund timelines to maintain fairness for all advertisers.

📦 Non-Refundable Items

 

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Ads that have already been published or scheduled for publication

  • Custom artwork or photography once initiated

  • Rush orders or expedited services

  • Promotional packages with bundled discounts

🔄 Changes & Rescheduling

  • Advertisers may request changes to ad content before production begins, subject to approval and scheduling availability.

  • Rescheduling ad placement may be possible but is not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
